Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and opposite the park and lake. The staff were very accommodating as we booked 2 rooms and needed to extend the checkout time for one of these. It was easily done.

We liked the view of the lake and everything we needed was onsite.ie. pool/restaurant and bar, or close by. Parking was convenient, and the room clean and comfortable. Temperature control made the room a relief from the outside heat and we could get a good nights' sleep.

Location and building design. Free parking. Safe. TV, air condition in all rooms, everything was perfect. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was amazing for the price. Loved that my room was in a quiet end of the hotel and was easy to walk to everything.

We were really happy that the bed was so comfy & the pillows weren't too hard or lumpy. Really lovely & large bathroom. Enjoyed having the extra sitting room, couch & table to eat our room service breakfast on (which was also very enjoyable.) All the staff were super friendly & welcoming, from the cleaning staff, to restaurant staff & the reception staff. We would definitely stay there again if we traveled to or through Shepparton.

The whole property was in pristine condition, our room was spotless, spacious & the king size bed was very comfortable. Great bathroom facilities, the pump packs for body wash, shampoo & conditioner were fitted well, fully stocked & worked perfectly. The reception staff were friendly & happy to accommodate when I had a special request. This is a very clean & well presented hotel & it was a pleasure to stay here.
